Drawing the Caboose is once again a study in using different size rectangles, squares and circles.

 

 

While most of the parts remain the same as the pasenger rail car, there are a couple of parts additions.  

 

1) Rear Light

 

2) Rear Brake

 

3) Rear Steps

 

4) Caboose upper viewing tower

 

The color of the Caboose for the purpose of this exercise is red or dark red.  This was the color used by Southern Pacific Railroad and the Santa Fe Railroad.  

 

Other colors were used by diffeent railroads including yellow and even orange.
